day whatever of running, TRAINING WEEK

 

guess what...

we are doing a TRAINING WEEK (8 days)

time to jog and sprint for the rest of the week... woo!! so fun!, its alot better than doing a 1 mile run daily, it will hopefully make it easier.

i have done a 30s sprint, 60s jog 3 times in a row today. (pretty good)

tmrw hopefully its gonna be 45s sprint, and a 60 second jog, 4 times, or 3 or smthn idk n
